The Stormwater Equipment Manufacturers Association (SWEMA) is dedicated to advancing stormwater management through regulatory policy engagement, strategic collaboration, education and outreach, and technical excellence. We serve as a trusted resource—providing expertise, promoting innovative Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs), and advocating for technically sound, performance-based standards. Through education and outreach, SWEMA empowers stormwater professionals and drives continuous improvement in water quality goals.

SWEMA serves as a credible, trusted resource that provides expertise on both regulatory and technical matters specific to stormwater management practices for professionals and others engaged or interested in stormwater management. In addition to actively participating in the collective effort to advance stormwater management, SWEMA aims to educate, clarify, and demonstrate to stormwater professionals the important role innovative SCMs play in meeting water quality goals.
